Logging

When troubleshooting the appliance you will likely need to reference logs. These are found in the following folder:

  • /data/exavault/logs/

Customers on versions prior to v18.x may see logs in one of these folders as well:

  • /data/smartfile/logs/

  • /data/veristack/logs/
